I recently heard about the science behind gratitude journals. As it turns out, when you write down the things you're grateful for at night, you spend the day looking for and eventually expecting things to be grateful for. This practice means less time spent dwelling in negative thought patterns and training your brain to think about what you have, rather than what you're lacking.

May you remember your blessings and live in a world full of gratitude.
